Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs, provided the entire order is returned. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us via info@xelucci.com. We will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.

Note:

Did you get free shipping because your order exceeded €100? If you return one or more items, making your order total below €100, we will deduct the shipping costs from the amount refunded. For the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €8.95, and for Germany and Belgium, it is €8.95.
